    Gary N. Magee started Magee Auction & Realty in 1970 as a part-time business.  After retiring from the elected office of Circuit Clerk of Clay County, Arkansas, in 1990, the auction business has become a full-time job.
    Magee Auction & Realty has specialized in the on-site sale of farm machinery for over 34 years.   We are a complete auction service, handling pickup, hauling, lining up equipment for sale day, media advertising, brochures, direct mail, all personnel needed on sale day, and complete documentation that will meet courtroom standards.  We handle auctions on a commission basis with Magee Auction & Realty handling all aspects of the sale and underwriting the cost upfront.  Our direct mail list includes potential buyers from ten states and we are known in the auction industry for large attendance at our sales, which results in higher prices for your equipment. 
    We have a full time real estate broker, that has allowed Magee Auction & Realty to successfully sell thousands of acres of farmland in the last few years, both at auction and through regular real estate listings.
